After every meal serving for the birds we also had to do what was called 'Chicken Dishes'. There was a schedule so you had to do it probably every second day or so, you'd take the plates you took out of the enclosures to a shed like area outside and fill a bucket with cold freezing water and wash all the dishes. We were all in bed at like 8 every night!! lol
