It is a nice place on the Slovenian coast but there is a horrible Slovenian singer in the local bar whose voice spreads as far as 4km around. We take some crazy pictures of us two, have some drink at the local bar but... as the singer is really unbearable we decide for early night.

Another interesting day in Croatia. We were off to some mud-baths but the birthplace of Tito was just about on the way so we nipped into Kumrovec for a look. <br><br>This place is really close to Slovenia... <br><br> <br><br>which looks superb. We spent April 16-18 in the small town of Lescovec with the wonderful Pevec family (Steph's cousins). This was Steph's second visit to Slovenia and Mike's first. It was a terrific stay and we hope the first of many trips to Slovenia. Steph's cousin Borut was our host. ... this really nice old monastery near where she lived. It was founded in 1165 and closed in 1782. It was mainly ruins except for a small part that was turned into a museum. it was a rather large area with a wall around it and a small stream in front of it. Sandra said that it is a popular place to get married, and that her cousin got married there. I really like it at this monastery.
