... going through Ronda, so we got off at San Roque hoping we could catch the train from there. This was a disaster as we didn't know when the next bus heading for the station was nor where the station was exactly. We tried to follow directions from various people but this was hopeless. We were hoping for a taxi to stroll by, but no luck there. So we abandoned the idea – much to my disappointment.

... near Marbella . It was good to see them having fun Marbs style. We arrived to the news that John’s nephew, Michael , had proposed to the lovely Laura the previous evening. Fortunately she said ‘yes’ and was wearing a very, very sparkly chunk of bling to prove it. We spent the afternoon by the pool, and having fun in the pool, with soon to be flower girl Daisy 4, our great niece .

Ice cream for dessert, rose, coconut and mango were the three flavours. Delicious, we were there for three hours. Everyone will eat late and light tonight.
