of Debod, one of the Nubian temples that would have been flooded by the Aswan
Dam that was dismantled and reassembled elsewhere. But alas, it started raining
again when I got back to Madrid and I decided to go to another museum.

... and walked for a bit. By now the masses are out and doing the passeggiata - this is an amazing phenomenon - hundreds of people all walking the streets, talking, meeting people, just endless movement. And it continues all evening. It is now 11.30 and the streets are still alive. Being Friday, I guess it is more than normal weekdays....Anyway, we had another tapas dinner and have wandered back to our room. A good ...
