    ... into my world there. It was so perfect. I have to say, if they spoke french, I would move there! LMAO.

    Fun fact about the Spanish Canary Islands. They are closer to Africa than they are to Spain. One of the Islands is also the birth place of that language composed seulement of whistling! Very Very cool!

    ... named after the beach we were sitting at: Playa Jardin which contained egg, bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese and pineapple - seriously worth a try if you are ever in Tenerife. Came with fries as well so went for a long walk afterwards to walk a little of it off but finished up with an ice cream - such a holiday thing to do!

    Didn't do all that much today so only a short post. Went for a walk in the morning and brought pastries for breakfast ... we had a huge pain au raison and a chocolate croissant!     ... thing that is worth a mention is the Katandra Treetops. This is an aviary which you walk around on swinging bridges above the treetops. Around you fly dozens of species of birds including yet more parrots. Not usually a fan of being up close and personal with animals but this wasn't too intense as they didn't fly at you. A must for anyone visiting the park, unless you have a bird phobia, then stay well away!
