... into our place, the Riviera Maya Suites, near the beach about a mile north of the main touristy square. It didn't take long to realize that our first (and most recurring) priority was finding something for Carmen to eat that was both healthy and acceptable. Closest was a Mega Comercial Mexicana. I tried twice to get money from the ATM with the same result as before. I had to spend 15 minutes on the phone and reach the secret travel desk before ...

... as the last. The caves were beautifully lit up and again the water was so blue and completely crystal clear. Stephie and Jess loved every minute of it and so did we. We were back at our hotels by about three and decided to have a little siesta.... Three hours later I woke up and it was dark and everyone was hungry and wanted to go out. It was ...

... been a long, stressful summer and now we are relaxing in Mexico with Ryan and Clarice and having a blast.

My Vacation began on Sunday morning with a trip to the Spa with my good friends Val and Becca. We made a pitcher of Mimosas which is the proper way to begin an Holiday. We enjoyed spa pedicures and manicures and all had 20 minute chair massages. We laughed and carried on and had our own little spa party. ...

... was just jungle around us. We arrived in the afternoon after a pretty boring drive and found our charming, old hotel. There's not a lot a lot to do in Valladolid but it's defiantly a great place to spend a couple of days. It's quiet and has a lovely main square full of people sitting on benches relaxing, kids playing and vendors selling food. All the walls of the buildings are painted pastel coloured and there's a beautiful old church.
That evening Mark was tired from the ...
