Today was our most magical Spanish day. We started in Guell Park, a huge park land designed by Gaudi. The entrance is pure Gaudi whimsy with fantasy buildings, mosaic encrusted crenellations, ripples of brightly tiled benches and the iconic friendly dragon. After not such a great night's sleep, we awoke in Spain with a couple of hours to go before reaching Barcelona. We thought we would sleep well on the train but the constant stops and different noises disturbed us so sleep was intermittent.
