We tried some empanadas and chorizo for starters they were very tasty and then Rod ordered the Bife de Chorizo (230g. half portion) and I ordered the Picanha (230g half portion) . ... struggling to find the hostel. It's in the North of the city which is very hilly, so wrong turns are very expensive in energy. Then the battery went on the iPhone (shouldn't have Strava'd!) so lost my only map and the address of the hostel. I rode around (nah, literally up and down!) for ten more minutes and then decided to crack out the iPad and bite the bullet on the roaming Internet charges. Found the address as "54 Aguilar". ...

... It took us a while to get in, but it was worth the wait. Picasso is an amazing artist, so we all expected the museum to be great. It certainly lived up to its expectations!! We had audio guides, so we learned something in every room. The thing that impressed me the most was the amount of artworks that he painted starting when he was very young. ... neither of us were very hungry all day. We found a popular spot near our hotel called Cerveseria Catalana serving, what else, tapas. We sat outside under an umbrella out of the drizzle and drank wine from Rioja and had some Spanish jamon, a slider, Greek salad and fried artichoke hearts while watching the endless parade of people.
