... fields we visited in Fuergo National Park were most impressive and I was fascinated by them. Their volcanoes are still active and one provides the cooking source for a restaurant. It is interesting that the symbol for the park is the Devil who is prevalent in the artwork, jewelry and even on key chains.

Another thing that I am going to bring back to the states is “paella” which I haven’t had here at my apartment but I have had as a tapa (appetizer) and as a full meal. Paella is a rice dish made with saffron turning it yellow and delicious. In Paella is various veggies and some sort of meat, usually chicken (con pollo) or shrimp (con camarones).

... in Spain the children do not believe in a "Santa Claus" (or Papa Noel), instead their parents tell them that the "Magic Kings" bring them presents on January 6th, in reference to the three wise men coming to visit Jesus after his birth.
