... hug this little girl with all her might as a final goodbye brought tears to my eyes. I cannot even put into words the pride and joy that I felt at that moment, but I'm so thankful to have witnessed it.
We walked to el camiente one last time for a fish fry. It looked like fish had come straight from the river and into the fryer, and those who had it loved it. I got a special bacon like side dish with beans and rice.

We're getting into the routine here. The teens have been magnificent. I've never done a service trip before, but I cannot imagine one going any better.

As soon as the doctors picked up the scissors, I stopped watching. I have delivered enough babies to know how to do it porperly and I couldn't watch something that was unnecessary. I can watch episiotomies fine, but when they are actually indicated.
