          On the international highway

          Our room was on the international highway which is under construction and was loud the breakfast wasn't good, and the restaurant wasn't anything special. The room was clean and the staff was friendly however.

          ... into a hotel, then head back out to sit in the plaza, where teenage couples sit in the shadows or practice their breakdance moves in the gazeebo. I imagine what my life would've been like if I had stayed, married and settled down in a vaquero town like this one. It's an entertaining fantasy... However... I must say I like my life ...

          ... and a small group of us headed to dinner. We visited a local restaurant called Toro Negro (black bull) and Ashley and I split an AMAZING pizza! The language barrier is sometimes quite interesting, but it's refreshing for me to use some of my Spanish after all these years. Tomorrow we head to a farm to tackle some large animals! Ashley is dying to work with some cows and I have to admit, I'm pretty excited as well! I better make sure to bring my boots! Buenos noches! ...

          ... Dylan and I rushed to his aid, handing him my water bottle and candy to help bring his blood sugar up. He was trying to control his breathing because he was nervously hyperventilating.           ... days spent on La Fortuna, we were very sad to leave the next morning. Drove back to San Jose and said our farewells to our Gadventures group which was very sad, but also exciting to start the next part of our trip. We shared a taxi van with three of the other people in our tour who were also going to Jaco beach. And that brings us here.. Which I will update about later !           ... to spot a lot of different fish and urchin. Because the water was so choppy it made snorkeling very hard and the water became cloudy with bad visibility so we decided to just relax on the beach. After an hour Erick and Frenchy headed back to shore to pick us up and take us back to the catamaran.
