    ... than the Manhattan chowder. It was a little chilly outside in the gazebo, so after we'd eaten, it was back to our room for a coffee and another glass of wine, before the kids left after 11pm ! I didn't realize how late it was ! It worked out really well getting the food as "take out" because it's easier with the kids, and also we could drink our own wine without corkage - and no tips involved ! Bonus ...

    This morning we packed up, had breakfast and headed towards San Francisco. We travelled in convoy as Ginny was going to drop her car off at Ingrid's in Oakland before carrying on.     ... Breige Walbridge, our group leader and instructor, welcomed everyone to the program. She thoroughly covered emergency procedures, dangerous plants (poison oak) and animals (mountain lions). While the mountain lions have not been seen on property or near the property, they do live in the Redwoods. Breige covered the LMB’s efforts to recycle and conserve and asked that everyone does the same.
