We hung out with them the whole time we were there and never missed a happy hour... well one...a hangover got in the way that day.. They are truly great genuine people and got to be great friends.     ... and that can be very difficult to play in, both mentally and physically, but we had the course to ourselves which was nice. The hotel there isn't finished it's construction and frankly I don't see much progress since last year despite seeing workers. It hard to imagine how some of these places can stay open with the depressed economy and lack of tourists.     ... is in the middle of nowhere. The resort is on the Sea of Cortez, about six miles from the road. The resort has three floors but no elevator which was really hard for John and Bertha. We had adjoining rooms and the main room had a small kitchen.

    The wind was blowing and the temperature was only in the 10c range. The beach stretched for miles both ways but it was too windy to walk on the beach ...
