Well, my time here in Xiamen is almost up. I have three more days left and they will go by fast. So I'll bundle up and try to stay warm through them all. The temperature isn't that cold but when it is the same temperature inside as outside, you begin to feel it.

Chinese cooking is my favorite class in China. Yili also teaches that. We make a dish and then we eat it. Then we cook another! Today we made four dishes; Ma Po Doufu, Tomato Soup, Bok Choy with Oyster Sauce, and Stir-Fried Greens. I was amazed at the simplicity of the foods.
