Today we decided to go for a drive around Devon. First we picked up Abi's Aunty Jane and then we headed to 69 Uxbridge Drive to check out where Nan used to live and get a picture in front of it. It was one of the nicest houses in the street with the hedges alongside the pathway. Then we drove to Burgh Island. It is a little island that you can walk across to when the tide is low, but when the tide is high you get taken across on this crazy tractors ...
... I know mum wanted me to check out. I didn't realise people still had them, we even saw one being restored. We then headed off to Plymouth which was another 2.5 hour drive. I have been feeling sick the past few days and felt the worst today so I just slept in the car. We walked around to the other side of the city, where the Aquarium is. We made a quick detour for lunch, having some fantastic fish and chips in a place that I believe was called the boathouse (or something along those lines). Very small but great food and lovely atmosphere/decorations.
