... me swim into this super dark cave and see what it is on the other side, but I am glad they did ;) photos are on the underwater camera so will upload them later. That evening we skipped the run and went off to the Irish pub to watch the rugby cup finals, proudly wearing our Aussie shirts. It was really fun as we ran into a Welsh couple we met in Koh Phi Phi, Jade and Gavin. We ended up watching the match with them and though the outcome of the match ...

We got up on wednesday in time for the ferry - yayy! - and we got a taxi to the pier and bought our tickets. Something we talked about whilst we waited for the boat was the fact that there's always a lot of staff (sometimes so many that there's not enough for them to do lol e.g. In bars/restaurants and at the pier, they sometimes outnumber the customers! Also everyone has something to sell/try and make money out of and we haven't seen a single homeless person yet!) ...

... to the ferry wasnt too bad. We got on the first of two car ferries needed to cross onto the island. Slowly, slowly, they turned it around and slowly, slowly it made its way over and slowly, slowly they completely overshot the pier. After an agonising wait, we eventually got to the other side and waited for the next ferry! Luckily this captain could drive the thing a bit better and we were soon on dry land again and dropped off at our accommodation.

... what felt like a zillion photos. It was quite awkward as neither of us really like being the centre of attention and are certainly not posers, but after a while we ignored the other guests watching us (some even taking photos of us!) and just enjoyed ourselves (and all the kissing poses!). We were very happy with the results, and although there are a few shockers (in particular a shot of us jumping on the beach where I don’t have my glasses on so am not looking at ...
