Ebb & Flow

... women to me in a romantic context! So I'm taking that as a sign that for this time in my life... not unlike many other times in my life... I remain a single dude!

And I'm sorta cool with that. I hang out with a few women in my 'dating range' and some outside it. Just friends ...but sometimes there is a little alcohol inspired affection and it triggers in me the need for something more, I remember true affection and I long for it. So I'm sort of cool with ...

... small donation to help with running costs. Spending a day here is a highlight.Janie: I cannot gush about this place enough. To some, you might find Ko Lanta a bit boring, but for me, I needed a bit of boring. I know I am sounding hypocritical because I moaned about how boring Krabi Town was, but this is different. Our last day in Phi Phi was Friday which was my birthday so we had a good day planned. We were booked on an all day island tour by long tail ...

... of a beach restaurant. The bartender from Holland lives here six months out of the year with her Thai boyfriend who owns the restaurant. I tell her that part of my reason for coming is because I want to experience what a Buddhist country feels like. She informs me that Ko Lanta is 90% Muslim. That would explain all the head scarves, mosques and calls to prayer. So now I know what a Muslim island feels like.
