    ... but we made do! We tried to see if our restaurant hotel would heat it up for us (provided we buy a beer or two), but they had absolutely no clue what

    ... nutritious foods everyday and getting back the energy I used to have. As much as we have found really tasty food on our travels in most places its just a high carb low vitamin diet and it certainly takes its toll after a while. Then there is the more frequent beer consumption to deplete your energy even more.     ... we are all too scared to hire motorbikes and there are no quad bikes for rent here so Lisa and I decided we should also try and get bikes too.     ... much just a road through a jungle with some amazing scenery and hardly a soul on it, a truly unspoilt island.     ... we sat on the sand and enjoyed corn on the cob, baked potatoes (with garlic, salt and butter inside - delish) and the crowning glory - a whole white snapper.
