    ... few occasions caused some entertainment. There are only three that we remember clearly but they are all unusual names or obviously picked from music and TV. So there was September, Sherlock and Strawberry, then occasionally they will throw in a John just for fun.

    ... food and in particular seafood. After a cheers to my Hong Kong trip (a city that I hope to return to one day) it was time to pack again ready to head to Istanbul, Turkey which marked the beginnings of my 4 months Europe adventures! I'm ready as I'll ever be and remembering that life really begins on the edge if your comfort zone :-)

    ... It was selling pretty much the same stuff as Wan Chai, but at four times the price and with no option for haggling.     ... nice relaxing afternoon. Early evening saw us take the tube down to central Hong Kong and we proceeded to travel up the famous midway escalators ... An escalator that travels from the harbour up through the city for 800 metres !!!! We stopped off at soho and found an Italian restaurant and ate a mixed platter of Italian salamis, tomato and mozerello salad, breads with oil and olives - not Chinese then !! What a different but amazing ...
