... Went inland to Alnwick which was a nice town. The kids finally found the Star Wars movie they had been searching every charity shop for. Then to Cragside House near Rothbury which is a very cool Arts and Crafts style Victorian mansion built by a wealthy engineer. ... cases jammed in 'em. They were asking for co-operation for people to place smaller bags at their feet so we don't incur a delay when we might have to offload some hand luggage into the hold to free up some room. Thankfully we didn't have to do that, but still.

Right, so bags are unpacked, washing is in, and I have a cuppa in my hand. I'm still covered in bites, but I had a fantastic couple of weeks! When's the next adventure? ;) ...
