    So, here we are, 2 days until the journey begins...
    Have I packed? Nope.
    Have I remembered everything? Yeeaahh I'll be fine.

    I'm not sure mum feels the same optimism as I do, probably because I'm the one that's been organising most of it... And I'm not very organised. Nevertheless, here we are and I'm raring to go. I've got my stab-proof bag to protect me, Jake for company and 4 countries to explore.

    ... the food was great. After a shirt nap, Kate invited me to come to her 'hairdressing salon' and I got to have my hair done with lots of add ons. For dinner Will cooked a delicious slow roasted pork. He prepares it by drying it with the hair dryer before he puts a mixture of salt and other herbs on the rind.     ... works! Extraordinary - good job they are robust. Fortunately there are more bikes here so we don't have to jealously guard them and five minutes gives us chance to use the facilities in the park before we try to release them again.
