    ... class was Romantic Literature. It was in Balliol College, which was built in 1263! It is the oldest college of the 39 colleges in Oxford. And it was beautiful! It looked like a castle. Apparently during the Victorian Age they ripped down a lot of the medieval architecture and replaced it with what our professor called a "disney world castle monstrosity", but I thought every part of it was beautiful.     The adventure has finally begun! It has only been about 48 hours and I can tell already that this semester will truly be an adventure that I will never forget. This whole adventure started on Sunday evening as Bridget and I headed over the pond from Dulles. For our three month journey we had backpacks and tote bags and 2 large carry on bags each under 50lbs ( which was an extremely difficult task).
