    After a 3 hour bus ride we spent the day in Rothenburg. It wasn't as cold as we thought it would be. A bit chilly but perfect. Saw the clock with he lame animatronics.     ... It is the home of of Germany's famous (and original) Kathe Wohlfahrt Christmas Store - open 365 days a year and that's where Ros headed while I spent time walking the streets taking photographs. It was snowing and about - 3 degrees.

    It was good day out followed by a degustation dinner in the ships exclusive Eriebnis Restuarant that I enjoyed but Ros didn't as much.

    ... was no delay. We got on the express train in Heidelberg at 10:49am and whizzed through the very pretty Neckar Valley. Most of the leaves are gone now with the official start of winter, although the temperatures are staying well and truly above zero. Having said that it has been a bit wet and windy.
