There is also the Dresden Green Diamond, the only large naturally occurring diamond in the world, caused by radioactivity. The Church of Our Lady is a Lutheran church which was reconstructed using part of the original walls and is very ornate inside. Lastly we walked the Bruehl Terrace and viewed the New ...

... adventure in Altmarkt Galerie involving tickets for the toilet (50 cents), bread and an Israeli salesman - we wandered in and out of the shopping centre three times :). There was an Aussie couple, Trevor and Wendy, also at our table. They had house swapped and were using Dresden as their base to travel around.
