... the mountain. We wrote in the guest book Seppi's mom keeps and she even showed us the entry from T's last visit in Aug-2009.

The parents drove us back to Malters train station - good thing - it was dark and drizzling and navigating the mountain down would've been interesting.

Back in Lucerne we wandered and walked across Kapellbrücke to the facing steps and listened to the band there and people watched for a while before heading home.

Went to the top of the schilthorn which had amazing views! Had lunch in the revolving James Bond restaurant and saw the little bond museum up there! 2970 metres high! Oh and the weather was beaut! Did a half hour walk along the river near lauterbrunnen in the lovely weather. Got the train to Milan at 6pm... Arrived at half 9. Got a quick pizza and settled into the hostel where we have a twin room and private bathroom. Quite a luxury! ...

The other features to explore include an exhibition paying tribute to those who lost their lives, ...

Awoke to rain! I guess we can't always have it our own way. We breakfasted and took our gear over to Cesare in the car parking station behind the expensive hotel. We donned our wet weather gear, grabbed our umbrellas and headed out into a wet Luzern.

Our mission was to go back to the Old Swiss House to take a photo, walk along the lake to the chapel bridge and that was about it! We found our way back to the house and on the way back to the lake noticed a Culinary ...

... shopping and take in some more sights. It was a great day, but by the night we were happy to be back in the cabin and happy to finally be in dry clothes and letting our pruned selfs warm up. That night we took our post back in the lounge area and hoped for a quieter night than the one before. We are apparently delusional. Let's just blame it on the mountain air getting to our heads. As we were sitting there a group of 4 guys from Laguna Beach who work at the fire department came ...
