It is amazing how life-like some of the old paintings area nd how bright the colors are, even though they are 400 to 700 + years old. You can kind of get a glimpse of what life was like that long ago. I really liked the building itself of the Pinakothek Neue. It was re-built after it was bombed during the war and is really beautiful.

... He showed us all the sights and told us some of the history of the city and its rulers. Robs tour was sort of a comedy act. He told a lot of lame jokes and some of them were even a little inappropriate but it was still pretty funny. Some of the buildings were destroyed during the war so they were rebuilt but not to the same detail they once had. Most of the facades were just painted with a 3D effect to show what the buildings used ...
