... at Beerz was called camping de Roos and was a very nice 'natural site' on the river, it was car free so couldn't move the van once parked till we left again. On the first day here Kat fainted while doing the washing up and then again on the way back to the van, was pretty scary but she was fine after a while chilling in the van, there ...
It was the Navigator's turn to get the tea in the morning, but despite the alarm being on her side and going off twice at 0700hrs, she chose to ignore it. After some encouragement, she did get up. After the usual 2 hour get ready go...we entered the German Autobahn system and whilst we happily tootled along at 90KPH, the ever fast German drivers were going past ...

Stevo was obviously unaware of the road closure and kept taking ...

its piston had cracked so our best option was to find a second hand
engine to put in. Unfortunately the car is too old and we can't find an
engine that fits. Now all we're left with is to restore the engine we
have which is going to set us back $$$. We will decide what to do during
the day today and once we know more I'll write again...
Until then... :)
