    ... now cross crashing a Swiss b-day party off my bucket list even though it wasn't on there to begin with. So we went home had a big dinner as the alcohol won't have such an quick and heavy effect on you, a trick my godbrother thought was a appropriate to teach us.     ... and Mike has looked after us splendidly. Hopefully he's not too upset that his top shelf of interesting spirits has taken a bit of a hit.

    Next we headed off down towards Monaco. We've had to do some planning to avoid closed mountain passes crossing the Alps - many of them don't open until June. Google Maps reckons eight hours - will be interesting to see how long it takes in the van as hills are not it's favorite thing... don't even mention mountains.
