... my trip hasn't gone as planned and I hit my first true bad luck. The excuse is: well it's Switzerland. That has been my saying this week as everything is different here from the rest of mainland Europe. The Grismel canyons are about 1 hour outside Interlaken so we had an anxious bus ride. The day with Raphael, T asked for butter for the bread and the server replied, (translated) "Well I suppose so. This Time! " and with attitude! Later she didn't even want to look at us. Very tough getting that kaffe creme after dinner. And the bill, very tough to settle up.
