... Wow what an amazing ride that was, had to change cable cars 3 times before we reached the top. Once there the views were breath taking, any pictures we took will not have done it justice it was simply awe inspiring. When I awoke in Interlaken I knew it was time to go up some serious mountains. I drove up to Stechelberg where I could catch the cable car up to Gimmelwald and possibly to Murren up higher. I was most interested in Gimmelwald as it was very small, very high up and looked cute as a button. Murren was more of a resort.

Today, we woke up and trekked downstairs for the intercontinental breakfast so to speak. Let me just say, the breakfast at this hotel is delicious. We had lovely fresh eggs, fresh milk, strong coffee, and local grapes that were so juicy and delectable.
