It was the beginning of another gorgeous day.

There's a balcony off our room. We'd pop out to enjoy the sun and warmth and check the weather or open the doors to let in fresh air.

It connected towards Hedwig's room and she has some chairs and an overhanging patio tarp there. Many mornings we'd chat up Fritz out there (he was off work due to a broken finger and just hanging around).

... a cog wheel train that is the steepest in the world, this was very exciting to be traveling along the side of a VERY steep mountain...yes, right along the edge....I think I am going to look a whole older when I return!! I was so scared at times that I couldn't look!!
