      Had a bit of a sleep in this morning and then off to a later breakfast. Then had a walk around the town and did some shopping. Shoes for Brad as his joggers had busted out on the sides. He was very happy with them. Back to hotel to drop off shopping and the. Back out for some sightseeing. Got the the old wall which used to surround and protect the town.       ... the nearby parking lot and we said goodbyes to everyone. Mutti headed home too.

      We were at the Swiss Museum of Transport (Verkehrshaus der Schweiz) so time for a visit.

      The museum opened in 1959 and exhibits all forms of transport including locomotives, automobiles, ships and aircraft as well as communications.

      We had about 90 minutes before closing so we went for maximum viewing in limited time.

      From Montreux we took the famous Golden Pass Panoramic Train through Interlaken and on to Luzern. The train journeys past many of the 4000 meter alps, travels across 3 mountain passes, and 8 lakes. Wow!
