... almost 10 minutes faster! Stocked up in a small supermarket (Migros) then went looking for some wine (I was eager to try some Swiss wine). We were sent to the COOP, a bigger store that we'd passed on the way into town. Much better place to shop. Bought more groceries and 4 bottles of wine (Swiss, of course). Had lunch at a nice boulangerie across the street and got cash from an ATM Home ...

... not get lost! Once back in Berne we raced to the restaurant we had dinner at the first night and made sure we could get a seat. Down stairs was packed so we sat up stairs which wasn't as good but at least we had a table! Tonight we were to buy the fondue, the cheese favourite of the town! And basically cheese was all we were eating, along with a few potatoes! We were excited and weirded out at the same time. Dinner was going to be a hot bowl of cheese ...

... like..ham, pineapple, onion etc.. then put it in the machine/grill and wait for it all to melt them once its done you put it on your chopped up potato. Was really really good!! You can see why its a winter dish, got so hot sittiing around it after awhile (would be amazing for camping) and I even burnt my arm on it so i'll never forget it haha. We had a few nice white wines with dinner and enjoyed the company :)
went to bed super full! ...

... I guess, at least I have my passport. Went to the police station the next day to get the report mainly for insurance purposes, at the very least I should be able to get the cash back, and if I’m lucky maybe they’ll pay for my replacement IDs too =). Let’s hope that’ll be the last of that.

Needless to say I didn’t feel especially great for the rest of the night and I don’t know whether it was cos ...

... to camp there... But it was okay. We were told to "pick up our rubbish and be on our way." How lucky, right? We packed up the tent then endured the "hop of shame" back over the railing and before we left, shared a few laughs with the cops. They were way nice.
