... Loppia and villa Meizi with it's beautiful gardens on the banks of the lake. At 5pm the group was met by chef Luigi and taken to his restaurant Salice Blu for a cooking school. We all helped make fresh pasta which was used for 3 of our meal courses as well as the ingredients for Tiramisu. At the end he presented us all with certificates and a rating out of ten. ... guide from a totally different tour company met us at the hotel and has given us a few, very brief instructions but we are all still a bit at large on our own.

Last night, we went to a local restaurant for typical Swiss cheese fondue (with pieces of bread and small potatoes), weiner schnitzel and noodles. Pretty good.

v-1 pair of Merrel walking shoes (very good pick. Good for almost everything, form warm to cold, from casual to more formal, and good for walking. Do not take GorTex shoes if you go somewhere it is very hot. It doesn't work! Having some running socks or so helps a lot for hot weather)
