... cut their route so that subsequent stops are not late. So instead of getting off at Zurich, we got off somewhere that required 2 additional train transfers before we got to Zurich. But it all worked out, and we made it. Linthal is Small! And not so happening on a Sunday night. We closed the place down - sitting for dinner at the only open restaurant at 4:30pm and leaving at 7pm. It's now 7:30 and we're back at the hotel ready for bed...and an exciting day in Braunwald ...

... to admire it, with a lookout over the town (and pretty much the whole country). The town itself has loads of artistic pieces dotted around, all the shops looked very expensive as did all the cars the locals owned. We found a postage stamp museum which was rather interesting but got cut short, as everything closes for an hour at lunchtime. Seriously we don't know how things get done around Europe it seems at lunch time and on Sundays everywhere becomes like ghost towns.After Lunch ...
