Arrived at Linz today which is the third largest city in Austria. Population 200,000, and is home Austria's largest steel company. From here we travel in the historic Majestic Emperor train to Salsberg. The train is very ornate and gives you an idea of what it was like to travel in style so many years ago. Hello Everyone, today we left our mountain top chalet to travel to Germany to stay in our friends house. We are really looking forward to relaxing for a few days after travelling about alot in the last few days. The drive was again magnificent as we wound our way back down the mountainside.   • The second half of the day was on the bus after lunch. Napping was popular. I worked on my cross stitch some more. We watched the scenery. We saw some storms in the distance but never had rain ourselves. We were excited to reach Vilshoffen and crossed the bridge over the Danube and saw our River ship. The four buses comprise almost everyone who is on the ship with us. Only a few people joined the group in Vilshoffen.
