Further to my quick entry last night. It was a long day. Just have to tell you about the motor way or Autobarn ( know Jude and Dave have been on it) but for those of you who haven't, plus it was raining , how scarey Sooo many trucks , gave up counting in the end. ... us want to pack up the nun pack. Took off at 9 for Salzberg. It was 3 1/2hours to get there then 4 back. We were hungry and tired although had a couple of Nana naps on the way. Passed the little town in Austria where Pope Benedict was born. (Bit of trivia for you) can't remember it's name, sorry. One town we passed thru the bus had to go thru these big thick arches that were actually Medieval gates hundreds of years ...

... the afternoon at the botanical gardens and the river safari at the zoo. Then off to the airport for a 12pm flight with Swiss Air to Zurich….. pretty much the only thing to say about the flight, was that the Swiss are efficient. Today we were headed towards Nuremberg but it was too early to stop and also today it was decided that we would pick Anton and Jane up in Dubrovnik in Croatia on the 10 August which gives us nine days to get there.
