... sun continued to shine and we had to remove some layers we had taken up the mountain with us. We finished with a nice, pricy dinner at a waterfront Swiss restaurant. The fact that they charged us AUD$1.50 when Mel asked for butter to have on the bread that came with her soup. It was one of those plastic butters that you get with your airplane meal! We both concluded that this was a beautiful and stunning place, but very ...

After our cruise we were on the road again driving to Engleberg the very famous sport center of Central Switzerland to take the Titlis-Rotair, the world's first revolving cable car, up to 10,000 ...

... the day was to find a delicious meal to please our hungry bellies. We traveled back towards the lake and found a lovely restaurant called La Barca. It had a variety of different menu items ranging from meatballs to pizza. Since the weather was still beautuful, we chose to eat outside right alongside the lake to enjoy the last few hours of sunset. The food was savory and scrumptous, and it was a perfect way to end our last full day in Lucerne before heading to Munich. Jessica Brandel and Angela ...
