    We set off early tomorrow for our first overnight stop in Hungary. The weather today is awful but the forecast for Thursday is much better. We don't expect to have 15 days on the bike without having to wear our wet gear. It would be nice,however, not to have to set off in the rain.

    Well, today has been one of those rare days where everything went to plan. Our Hotel in Venice was absolutely first class in every respect. The location was just perfect, the place appears to have been recently renovated and the staff and management were fantastic.     ... quicker! Upon arriving at the station she was informed that the train was delayed by 64 minutes. Shock horror, a delayed train in Austria?! In complete confusion, she wandered around the local shops until it was finally time to board.
