I wake really early and decide to leave Mark to rest whilst I pop to the gym and pool for a quick workout in an attempt to work off a portion of the calories consumed the day before! It was empty, I had both the gym and pool to myself. The view from the 5th floor to Downtown and The Arch was amazing, especially at sunrise.
