Phuket - Fuck it!
... Despite it being on 10:30am, me and Alan went for a hangover brunch of pizza (him) and burger and chips (me). ... as this busy town awoke. Buddhist monks walk the streets early each morning carrying large baskets, and locals fill these baskets with offerings of fruit, bread, yoghurts etc. The monks in turn bless their followers. an enigma to this westerner seeing 'ladies of the night, bar owners, and other shady characters, humbling themselves before the gentle monks.
By weeks end, we were 'Patongged out',and couldnt wait for the next part of our holiday

There is no where I'd rather be...
... for an overnight stay. It was about 12 AM by the time we checked in and I was happy to finally be laying horizontal, even if the bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor.
