    Shall we go home now?

We woke in The Marmara with enough time for one more breakfast before flying home. Looking at the empty sun loungers that we had sat on the day before with Hannah we both felt a strange sad absence at the same time. A text message in the night had let us know she was home ...

... s fleet, we have been having a great time. There were a few service issues during our first couple of dinners, but they have been corrected. Centuries later Crusader Knights used marble from the tomb's ruins to construct St. Peter's Castle where the medieval fortress still stands guard over Bodrum's ...

Today was spent in Bodrum, a beautiful little seaside village which would be a holiday destination for the Turks. The money invested in yachts in this area is mind blowing. We headed along the promenade towards Castle of St Peter, the most prominent feature of Bodrum. We thought the walk would have been too far for us, however when you stroll along and check out the shops on the way the distance doesn't seem too bad. Jeanette and I bought ourselves a red leather bag each ...
