Have lost track of days. From the Sequoias we went to San Fran..then over the Golden Gate bridge to the coast. The Sonoma coast of northern California is undescribably beautiful. Photos will have to wait till we get home..not sure even photos can convey the wonder of that shoreline. Deep almost constant fog added to the dreaminess.... A day to slow down and take in where I am.
This is a really funny little hot springs. It is the only naturally occurring geyser in Oregon and the pool is fantastic.
It is amazing that it was built in 1925 and has bankrupted all that either built it, developed it or ran it and now Jimmy and Pixie want to sell.

I think the long straights are over as this state is beautiful in a more conventional way than the raw beauty of the hot states.
