Got up this morning and realized it hasn't rained for about 24 hours. However, it is mostly cloudy and some of them are dark, so we'll see what the day brings. Mostly today was a down day. Bob took the car in to get it inspected since we won't be in Texas during July and was told that we didn't need to have it inspected until Dec. Apparently we are in the grace period regarding the new system. YEA!

After that we went to Walmart and HEB ...

While walking Bourbon Street in New Orleans one evening, we passed a rowdy crowd the leader of which was wearing a T-Shirt declaring "Keep Austin Weird!" ... out, I slept through a major traffic accident almost at the entrance to the campground. We didn't know anything about it until Robin & Rodney arrived about 7:30 pm and they told us about it. (It was still in the process of being cleaned up at that time!) A tank truck was side-swiped by a car, the truck ran off the road and flipped over on it's top. We heard that the truck driver miraculously walked out without major injuries.
