... hear out here is the occasional moo of the cows in the pasture across the road from us. The short ride was very beautiful. We left "The Hill Country" and now we're starting to see more cactus as we get closer to NW Tx. Tomorrow should see us arriving in Roswell, NM! Hopefully we don't get abducted by aliens. The last part of the trip in to Santa Fe we experienced rain but had stopped by the time we pulled in and unhooked the car and got the truck unloaded. Glad to be back so we can go to our exercise classes, ride our bikes, and volunteer with WildEarth Guardians !
