We left the Green Mountains in Vermont and headed towards Portsmouth in New Hampshire on the east coast just below Maine. All I can tell you about Portsmouth is they have a nice Thai restaurant we ate in! The weather was just too rubbish to explore. Day 3 - I put Salem in the satnav only realising half way there it was the wrong Salem! ...

We changed it with little pain and headed back to his house ...

Folks back home most often ask what we miss most about land and the answer is always an easy one, THEM! During our two week visit back to New England we were able to meet up with some of our family and friends. The unfortunate thing is that we were not able to meet up with everyone we wanted to see. However, we were able to enjoy the time with the ones we did and will cherish them.

For those we did not see, we hope to catch up ...
