We arrived at 11:30 pm and amazingly we could do some shopping at the Foodmarket the supermarket in front of the bus and than went to our apartment and went to bed. 20th Breakfast and getting ourselves organized and than we went down to say hello to everybody which was fun . Wim from Sihanoukville was there as well who came to stay a week or so and his wife was coming to join him in 2 days, nice to see him ! ...

Full day around Pattaya.

... pastries etc.. As much as one wanted. The hotel was packed with Russians; I saw some with a plateful of American style breakfast, a plate of Thai, plus fruit and croissants. Must be a cultural thing. Eat while you can. And the size of them!! At 9.45 Daniel and Eduardo arrived from the airport in our minibus. That made the ten of us: us two, those two, who bought a maison secondaire in the village a couple of years ago, Rachadnee and Alain from la Bataille, ...

... the acid style circus tent was, it wasn't there. It seem to have completely dissapeared. The lights had been clearly turned off which meant we just couldnt find it - nightmare. Luckily it had been an intersting walk so wasn't too much bother, just a shame we had to walk all the way back now!

For the most part of Pattaya we were really just sun worshiping, Gent had wanted to go to this Tiger Zoo but once I read the reviews on trip advisor which were terrible we decided ...

... to show people their seats (nice to see they don’t get slung out onto beach road, they are too good for that)

I had a seat right in the middle, and only one bloke in front of me, who kept bobbing about trying to use the camera on his phone, he should have bought a decent camera instead, what photos he took were pretty rubbish

... 8221; on such a short, innocuous, stretch of road, which looks all the more uninviting in the downpour of the rainy season. It would be a lie to report that I didn’t feel like a hero when marching proudly down this road, being called into bars by literally tens of women but - having read about the life of prostitutes in this region - the overall sentiment is one of pity and self reproach.
