... all of us riding on elephants at the same time, however it was nice to get off the poor thing after half an hours walking. Then when we get off they go round again, which makes me sad, however it is the Thai people's livelihood after all.

We then got the chance to get picked up by the elephant where we hold onto its tusks and it whisks you up with its trunk and holds you for about 5 seconds, it's so much fun!!

... to any one of the 5 beach areas, I jumped in a half empty truck going to "Monkey Beach" cost 20 Baht I was slightly disappointed that when we arrived most of the beach was covered with loungers and not a Monkey in sight. As i had ideas of just wandering along the beach and flopping down on my towel some where? However £1 secures you a lounger for the day and as the sand gets to hot to walk on bare foot, perhaps not a bad idea? I think I am the only ...

... for round two. It would be pretty tough to get bored on this street, with the magicians, clubs, restaurants, people watching, and exotic animal photo ops. We couldn’t resist taking a couple photos with the adorable lemurs. The boys finished off our night by trying to earn some brownie points, single roses for all of the ladies. They sure now how to win us over.

Sat out the front of our resort at the street side restaurant area with the staff allowing all to bring their own spirits and purchase mixers only. After dinner Dave and Shani hit the streets with a family from Sydney (who we were told took their 7 & 11 year old kids each night to various restaurants and lady boy bars!).
