    ... you eat for free. Hilton, Hoop and Val together only came to just over 500lbs. Can you imagine what one 350lb person would look like! Thankfully we all finished our mals this time but witnessed the paddling of other diners. Now those waitresses might look cute and sexy in their tiny little nurses outfil but they sure pack a punch when paddling. During our last visit Hilton got paddled and had welts for days afterwards.     ... Hoover Dam which is a pretty dominating and impressive piece of architecture. It was fascinating to hear about how it was finished under budget AND two years early, BUT 1 in 52 of the workers died during construction. Even more interesting is that the power the dam generated is what allowed for the glitzy energy-demanding city of Las Vegas to really bloom.

    ... Beach Campground is a well designed desert camping spot. The spots are spacious, with many pullthroughs and wide deep back-in spots. There are several tent-only spaces on the northern edge of the campground. A central building houses both flush restrooms and keycard accessed showers and laundry facilities.
