6 am came very fast as we ran out the door to the tube station and literally were running down to the street to catch our bus at 6:30 on the dot. We were off! We have been here a few times, trying to understand its enduring appeal. The first time was bad-July, hot as hell, staying in a hotel by a canal. If we opened the window for some air (no aircon) trhe noise of party boats on the canal kept us awake. So next time we thought wed do better and booked the 717. But before we got there, KLM cancelled the flight, and bussed us to Edinburgh so we ended up at the Hilton in Edinburgh. Along with many ...
