    So buses are out. The monorail is okay but only goes to a few locations. Taxis are available but will cost $25 minimum.
    But let's say, somehow you got to the restaurant. There are various grades of restaurant, value, moderate and deluxe. The cheaper end does mainly burgers, pizzas and fries. ...
