... and made quick time through the rolling hills. Hogback Mountain Gift shop gave us a place to stop for a picture and an ice cream cone. We were disappointed that the Concord, New Hampshire Walmart prohibited overnight parking but just a short ways down the road we found a roadside picnic area for a night of boondocking.
It was a good start.
The following day was pretty fun. We hiked up to a few places. We climbed at Darth Vader and Upper Darth Vader. At Upper Darth Rock, we did the climbs: Blustery Day, Pee-Wee's Playhouse, and Frosted Flakes. I LOVE THESE NAMES!!!

The afternoon day care was in a private home and the woman running it couldn't have been more awesome. She was telling us that she mainly runs the day care for underprivileged local families who usually can't afford day care, so she said these kids probably wouldn't be going to the circus.
