So 5 days until the long drive out west, and I'm finally getting excited about it. Not that I wasn't before, it's just that now that it's almost here, the excitement level is rising. I'm at home for the last time for a while and then I'll head back to Taylor for a last few days of hanging with the guys from my wing (floor of my dorm) (now being referred to as 3C from now on). Carol and I are touring the upper Lower Peninsula and the UP (Upper Peninsula if you're not a Michigander). We will be camping in our camper at Sleeping Bear Dunes, St. Ignace (overlooking Big Mac), Tahquamenon Falls, Wells State Park and Door County in Wisconsin. ... Michigan/Wisconsin color tour. We'll stay at such campgrounds as Sleeping Bear Dunes, Tacquamenon Falls, The Straits and Peninsula State Park in Door County Wisconsin. Hopefully this beautiful weather will hold out for a few more weeks.
