We stopped at Rockport to wait for some mail. It was a nice park, really big, over 500 sites. We were in the section where the lots were really big, lots of trees. We paid $17.50 per night, that is 50% off the $35 rate with our Passport America membership.

We actually had a really great day, after getting over the initial shock of the condition of the beach and all the cars we relaxed and spent most of our time playing around in the water, which since its on the Gulf of Mexico was incredibly warm. After tiring of the beach we headed for the pool, we were having such a relaxing time we forgot about reapplying our sunscreen and got quite badly burnt.

we arrived 3:15 pm. no mishaps.The storage compartment where I store the water hose was jammed. the stuff inside shifted. We access that area from inside also and after removing some stuff and shifting other stuff- Cecile pushed the lock tab with a stick while inside and while i turned the key. it opened. WE are hooked up with water, elec, cable & my wifi works also the satellite tv dish aimed as it is supposed ...
