The winery was built next to a hotel. It was very nice, and she had picked out a wine for us called Salty Hills, referring to the nearby Balkan Mountains and the salt works. It was a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah. Very complex, full bodied, cherry and smoke, and very delicious.
