    ... The Chef is a certified Disciple of Auguste Escoffier. The service is a notch above. A lovely lunch. A relaxing afternoon reading and pottering around the village.     ... tasting. All very civilised. Their reds are superb and we buy 2 to put down stairs in the cave. It's fun coming back to Pezenas each year and tasting what we cellared a few years ago. They have a mobile van visiting doing the box packing. We have never seen anything like it but it would save on infrastructure overheads.
