Bellissimo!!!

Il Laguna Suites è un posto bellissimo. Sistemazioni molto graziose, e il personale era superlativo!! Anche il cibo era buono. Hanno una navetta che ti porta dal Laguna Suites ai loro villaggi affini. Ma ci sentivamo più a casa e a nostro agio al Laguna Suites. Ci è piaciuto il Sunset Royal, c'è un'ampia piscina e la spiaggia. Ci sono molte attività da svolgere. Anche il Sunset Lagoon è carino, con una piscina di media grandezza e un buon buffet. Ma credo che il servizio migliore l'abbiamo ricevuto al Laguna Suites. I camerieri erano fantastici. Stiamo già pensando di ritornarci. Consiglio vivamente questo posto, è tranquillo e molto gradevole. Se cercate la vita notturna, vi consiglio uno degli altri villaggi affini. L'unico commento negativo è sulla presentazione della multiproprietà che abbiamo dovuto sorbirci, doveva durare 90 minuti invece è durata 3-4 ore. Se decidete di acquistare una multiproprietà, cercate di ottenere un buon affare per comprarla al meno possibile. Offrivano alcuni pacchetti davvero economici. Spero che questa recensione sia d'aiuto.

Erwartungen übertroffen

Ich traute mich erst nicht so recht, in diesem Hotel Zimmer für insgesamt 10 Personen zu buchen, da es auf der Webseite nicht viele Informationen gab. Es stellte sich dann aber als großartige Wahl heraus. Jedes Paar hatte eine eigene Wohnung im Komplex. Die Wohnungen waren neu eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Mir hat die ruhige Atmosphäre dort gefallen, vor allem wenn man den ganzen Tag an den Aktivitäten in den Schwesterhotels teilgenommen hatte. Es gab dort einen Shuttleservice. Keiner der Leute hat sich beschwert und wir werden wieder dort Urlaub machen!

J'ai vraiment adoré cet hôtel !!

J'adore cet hôtel pour une multitude de raisons. Le personnel est absolument génial,la cuisine est extraordinaire et les chambres très confortables. La piscine n'est pas grande mais très jolie.

Vous pouvez aussi vous rendre à deux hôtels de la même chaîne : Sunset Lagoon (plus grande piscine et plus de fêtes) et Royal Sunset (face à l'océan). Les trois hôtels servent une très bonne cuisine. Nous avons mangé dans les restaurants des deux autres hôtels.

J'ai réservé ce voyage organisé en passant par Travelcomm, qui est la pire agence de voyage que je connaisse. Mais je recommande le Laguna Suites, c'est vraiment impeccable.

Encore mieux que ce que nous espérions

J'avais un peu peur de réserver cet hôtel pour dix personnes car il y avait très peu de détails fournis sur leur site Internet. Mais c'était un très bon choix. Chaque couple avait son propre appartement dans le complexe. Les appartements étaient très propres et redécorés à neuf. Le personnel était extrêmement gentil et la cuisine était toujours bonne. J'aimais son ambiance tranquille après avoir passé une journée très chargée en activités dans les hôtels de la même chaîne. Le transport était fourni. Pas un seul reproche émis dans le groupe et nous reviendrons !

Fantastisches All-Suite-Hotel

Wir kommen gerade wieder einmal aus Cancun zurück und ich kann das Laguna Suite jedem empfehlen. Der All-Inclusive-Preis war 200 Dollar/Suite und man konnte dann dort so oft und so viel essen und trinken wie man wollte, auch in den beiden Schwesterholtels. Das Sunset Royal bietet einen Strand und viele Aktivitäten an, das Sunset Lagoon sieht toll aus und hat eine größere Auswahl an Restaurants. Die meiste Zeit aber blieben wir in unseren Hotel, da wir den Charme kleinerer Hotels einfach lieber mögen. Der Service war spitze, man muss nicht fragen, das Personal kommt auf einen zu. Das Essen (ich bin Koch) war exquisit. Zögern Sie nicht, ich werde auch wieder hingehen und ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen. Man kann dort auch nur das Zimmer buchen oder nur das All-Inclusive-Angebot in diesem Hotel. Ich hatte mir erst Sorgen gemacht, da wir es über eine dieser schlechten Marketingagenturen gebucht hatten. Wir wollten eigentlich 5 Nächte bleiben, haben dann aber noch ein paar Tage drangehangen und wir werden wieder dort Urlaub machen!

Exceeded expectations

I was hesitant to book this hotel for 10 persons as there was very little information on the website. It turned out to be a great choice. Each couple had their own condo in the complex. The units were newly decorated and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was always good. I liked the quiet atmosphere after the hectic daytime activities at the sister hotels. Transportation was provided. No complaints from the entire group and we shall return!

Loved It !!!

Laguna Suites was a great place to stay. Nice accomodations and the staff were outstanding!!! The food was also good. They have a shuttle that runs from Laguna Suites to their sister resorts. We felt most comfortable and at home at Laguna Suites. We enjoyed the Sunset Royal also they have a large pool and beach. There is lots of activity going on at the Royal Sunset. The Sunset Lagoon is also nice with a medium size pool and good buffet.

I feel we got the best service at the Laguna Suites Resort. The waiters were great. We are already talking about staying there again. I would recommend this place highly. Its quite and very personable. If you are looking for the night life I would recommend one of the other sister resorts. The only negative comment is the time share presentation we had to go through it was supposed to last 90 minutes and lasted 3 - 4 hours. Hold out for a better deal and get it as cheap as you can if you decide to buy a timeshare. They were offering some pretty cheap packages. Hope this review helps.

Absolutely Loved It!!

I loved this hotel for soo many reasons. Absolutely great staff, awesome food and very comfortable rooms. The pool was not that big but very pretty.

You can go visit the two sisters hotel: Suset Lagoon (bigger pool area and more party scene) and Royal Sunset (ocean front). All three hotels have good food. We ate at restaurants at both hotels.

I booked this package through Travelcomm, who are the worst travel agents ever. But, I reallt recoomened Laguna Suites, they are impecable.

Fantastic All Suite Hotel

We are just coming back from another trip in Cancun. I would recommend the Laguna Suite to everyone. They have a all inclusive fee of $200 per suite wich gives you all food, and drinks included to not only this hotel but also to the two other one they own.

Sunset Royal has the beach and activities, Sunset Lagoon has a great set up and more restaurants to enjoy.

We most of the time stayed at our hotel because we loved the charm of small hotel.

The service is above expectation, you dont ask they come to you.

The food, (iam a chef) is exquisite.

Dont hesitate, Iam going back and I highly recomment it to everyone. If you prefer they also have a fee for the room only, or for all includive in this hotel only...I was scared at first because we booked via those bad marketing agency for 5 nights only but then we stayed a few extra nights and we WILL GO BACK !!!

Great Staff

We Stayed here for 4 nights, it is a quite place. They have a free shuttel to thier sister hotels The Sunset Laguna & SunSet Royal and its easy get a taxi there.

The staff are great here they make the place!!!!!!!!!!
